About Me

I am a diploma qualified reflexology practitioner based in Norwich, and am a member of the association of reflexologists. I have always been interested in reflexology and can remember from a very young age enjoying people touching my feet, and in turn touching theirs. I decided to look into reflexology in more depth in 2005 for personal health benefit and then found myself being so intrigued and fascinated by the wonders of reflexology that I decided to take a journey of enlightenment and ultimately become a reflexology practitioner. I qualified from ‘The Pathways School of Reflexology’.

For the past seven years I have been working as a staff nurse within the Norfolk area. I have specialised in elderly, emergency and community nursing. At present I work part time as a community staff nurse within the Norwich area and enjoy my occupation intently. However, several years ago I felt I may be able to help individuals in other ways, which is where reflexology has taken me.

My Reflexology practice is held within my home, and has a dedicated spacious, tranquil and relaxing room, which leads onto a garden. There is a private waiting area available in case a client wishes to stay following a treatment, or if the previous consultation is still in session when a client arrives. Complimentary hot and cold beverages are available and every effort is made to ensure clients have an enjoyable treatment and visit. Remember, the reflexology treatment is YOURS and first and foremost I am here for YOU, therefore, relax and enjoy it!

Although I primarily practice reflexology within my home, I am available for home visits if that is preferable.
